1. Product Delivery Assurance

1.1 All orders will be processed and delivered promptly after payment is confirmed. 

1.2 Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location, but we strive to ensure timely delivery to all customers across India.

2. 7-Day Replacement Policy

2.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

 2.2 To initiate a replacement, please send an email to our customer service team at smartmartofficial01@gmail.com.

3. Conditions for Replacement

3.1 The product must be unused and in its original condition.

 3.2 You are required to provide a video of the product's initial unpackaging as evidence.

 3.3 The original bill, packaging, and product must be included when returning the item.

4. Replacement Process

4.1 Once your replacement request is received, our team will review the provided evidence and documentation.

 4.2 If the product meets the replacement criteria, we will process the replacement and send you a confirmation email.

 4.3 We aim to ensure a smooth and hassle-free replacement process for all eligible requests.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 If a replacement is not feasible, you will be refunded the full amount of the purchase. 

5.2 Refunds will be processed promptly, and you will be notified via email once the refund is issued.
